We work hard to achive both.  Both beliefs together make up our core values of  care and respect, and enable us to work together with you as a family to take up the Duty of Care we have together for your children.

We have created and established systems to thoroughly vet potential Carers and to quickly, efficiently and thoroughly screen the best Carers to make them available for you.  Our Placement and Recruitment team operate throughout the working week and once you have familiarised yourself with this website and the way we work, please call us on 1300 854 624 to proceed to the next stage.  We will then send you our childcare information package which includes an application form and a copy of our pricelists, while at the same time we assess for In-Home Caree eligibility if applicable.

Once we have all the forms back from you we will either select a Carer in consultation with you, or provide you up to 3 personally screened and interviewd Carers for you to interview.  Unlike traditional Recruitment Agencies our care to you does not end with placement and the payment of our fee. 

We provide ongoing support and feedback to your family and ongoing support, training and professional development to the Childcarer.  This is by way of regular communication with you and ongoing In Home visits which are a key tool in our Care strategy. All of our Carers expect to undertake at least 3 Professional Development sessions per year and we offer ongoing training opportunities to them.
